Dia 13 de maio de 1917. Nossa Senhora disse aos 3 Pastorzinhos: – Não tenhais medo. Eu não vos faço mal. – De onde é Vossemecê? – perguntou Lúcia. – Sou do Céu, disse Nossa Senhora. – E que é que Vossemecê quer de nós? – Vim para vos pedir que venhais aqui seis meses seguidos, no dia 13 a esta mesma hora. Depois vos direi quem sou e o que quero. Depois voltarei ainda aqui uma sétima vez. – E eu também vou para o Céu? – perguntou Lúcia. – Sim, vais – disse Nossa Senhora. – E a Jacinta? Perguntou Lúcia. – Também. Disse Nossa Senhora. – E o Francisco? Perguntou Lúcia. – Também, mas tem que rezar muitos terços. Nossa Senhora então perguntou: – Quereis oferecer-vos a Deus para suportar todos os sofrimentos que Ele quiser vos enviar, em ato de reparação pelos pecados com que Ele é ofendido e de súplica pela conversão dos pecadores? – Sim, queremos. Respondeu Lúcia pelos 3 Pastorzinhos. Nossa Senhora disse então: – Ides, pois, ter muito que sofrer, mas a graça de Deus será o vosso conforto. Ao pronunciar estas últimas palavras (a graça de Deus será o vosso conforto) Nossa Senhora abriu pela primeira vez as mãos, comunicando aos 3 Pastorzinhos uma luz tão intensa, como que do reflexo que delas saía, e que penetrando no peito e no mais íntimo da alma dos 3 Pastorzinhos, fazendo-os ver eles mesmos em Deus, que era essa luz, e muito mais claramente do que se vê no melhor dos espelhos. Então, os 3 Pastorzinhos caíram de joelhos e repetiram intimamente a seguinte oração: – Ó Santíssima Trindade, eu Vos adoro. Meu Deus, meu Deus, eu Vos amo no Santíssimo Sacramento. Passados os primeiros momentos, Nossa Senhora acrescentou: – Rezem o terço todos os dias, para alcançarem a paz para o mundo e o fim da guerra. Em seguida, começou a Se elevar serenamente, subindo em direção ao nascente, até desaparecer na imensidão do céu.
May 13, 1917. Our Lady said to the 3 Little Shepherds: - Do not be afraid. I do not hurt you. - Where are you from? Asked Lucia. - I'm from Heaven, said Our Lady. - And what do You want from us? - I came to ask you to come here six months in a row, on the 13th at this same hour. Then I will tell you who I am and what I want. Then I will come back here a seventh time. - And I also go to Heaven? Asked Lucia. "Yes, you will," said Our Lady. - And Jacinta? Asked Lucia. - Too. Our Lady said. - And Francisco? Asked Lucia. - Also, but he has to say many thirds. Our Lady then asked: - Do you want to offer yourself to God to endure all the sufferings that He wants to send you, in an act of reparation for the sins with which He is offended and of supplication for the conversion of sinners? - Yes we want. Lucia answered for the 3 Little Shepherds. Our Lady then said: - You will therefore have much to suffer, but the grace of God will be your comfort. In pronouncing these last words (the grace of God will be your comfort) Our Lady opened Her hands for the first time, communicating to the 3 Little Shepherds a light so intense, as of the reflection that came out of them, and that penetrating the chest and the most intimate of the soul of the 3 Little Shepherds, making them see themselves in God, who was that light, and much more clearly than is seen in the best of mirrors. Then, the 3 Little Shepherds fell on their knees and repeated the following prayer intimately: - Most Holy Trinity, I adore You. My God, my God, I love You in the Blessed Sacrament. After the first moments, Our Lady added: - Pray the rosary every day, to achieve peace for the world and the end of the war. Then She began to rise serenely, rising towards the source, until She disappeared into the vastness of the sky.
