Os acontecimentos e a Mensagem de Fátima formam uma unidade perfeita, constituídos por três momentos: as aparições do Anjo em 1916, as Aparições de Nossa Senhora, em 1917, e as aparições complementares de Pontevedra (1925-1926) e Tuy (1929). O anjo de Fátima, como os anjos bíblicos, preparou os caminhos do Senhor. A primeira aparição deu-se provavelmente no final do mês de março de 1916, no lugar chamado "Loca do Cabeço". Os 3 Pastorzinhos: Lúcia, Francisco e Jacinta viram "uma luz mais branca que a neve, com a forma de um jovem transparente, mais brilhante que um cristal, atravessado pelos raios do sol". - Não temais. Sou o Anjo da Paz. Orai comigo - Disse o Anjo aos 3 Pastorzinhos. O Anjo de Fátima é um mediador da presença e da comunicação de Deus, que revela para o nosso tempo, algo importantíssimo, essencial, para a salvação da Humanidade, em grande parte perdidos consigo mesmos, nos emaranhados caminhos da sua história. E a parte central dessa revelação é nada mais nada menos que o centro da fé cristã: que Deus é a Santíssima Trindade, Pai, Filho e Espírito e que a adoração é a atitude humana fundamental diante da Santíssima Trindade. Nesse sentido, as aparições de Fátima não revelam nada de novo, apenas retomam e recordam para nós o centro da revelação bíblica. A Igreja Católica confessa a sua fé nos anjos da guarda. A Bíblia e a Tradição da Igreja mostram amplamente que os anjos têm participação ativa na história da salvação da Humanidade, nos momentos em que Deus quer. O Anjo da Paz, o Anjo de Portugal nas Aparições de Fátima veio convidar os Pastorzinhos e a cada um de nós para a oração e para a adoração a Deus.  
The events and the Message of Fatima form a perfect unity, consisting of three moments: the apparitions of the Angel in 1916, the Apparitions of Our Lady in 1917, and the complementary apparitions of Pontevedra (1925-1926) and Tuy (1929). The angel of Fatima, like the biblical angels, prepared the ways of the Lord. The first appearance was probably at the end of March 1916, in a place called "Loca do Cabeço". The 3 Little Shepherds: Lúcia, Francisco and Jacinta saw "a light whiter than snow, in the form of a transparent young man, brighter than a crystal, crossed by the rays of the sun". - Don't be afraid. I am the Angel of Peace. Pray with me - said the Angel to the 3 Little Shepherds. The Angel of Fatima is a mediator of the presence and communication of God, which reveals for our time something very important, essential, for the salvation of Humanity, largely lost with themselves, in the tangled paths of their history. And the central part of this revelation is nothing less than the center of the Christian faith: that God is the Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Spirit and that worship is the fundamental human attitude towards the Most Holy Trinity. In this sense, the apparitions of Fatima do not reveal anything new, they only retake and remember for us the center of biblical revelation. The Catholic Church confesses its faith in the guardian angels. The Bible and the Church's Tradition amply show that angels have an active participation in the history of the salvation of Humanity, in the moments when God wants. The Angel of Peace, the Angel of Portugal in the Apparitions of Fatima came to invite the Little Shepherds and each one of us to pray and worship God.
