🇵🇹 Dr. Rui Castro, Juiz de Direito em Portugal, nasceu em Angola, viveu no Brasil e na Alemanha.
É Licenciado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa e Autor de livros jurídicos no ramo do Direito Processual Penal.
Está inscrito nas Ordens dos Advogados de Portugal e do Brasil (exercício da advocacia suspenso devido às actuais funções)
Como Juiz de Direito, esteve colocado em Lisboa, Povoação, Nordeste, Seixal, etc.
Liderou o movimento dos Juristas pela Verdade, com o juramento de administrar a Justiça em nome da população e no respeito pela Constituição e pela lei.
Em Março reiniciou as funções como Juiz no Tribunal Judicial de Odemira, tendo deixado o movimento Juristas pela Verdade antes de tomar posse em Odemira. Considera que deixou o movimento entregue a uma equipa de advogados excelente. Segue a sua missão através do Movimento e associação Habeas Corpus.
Neste último ano, tem prestado a sua ajuda graciosamente ao povo português para defender o estado de direito.
Para tal elaborou o Caderno de Minutas, uma colectânea de Salvaguarda dos Direitos, Liberdades e Garantias no contexto das medidas dos Estados de Calamidade e Emergência
🇬🇧 Dr. Rui Castro, Judge in Portugal, he was born in Angola, lived in Brazil and Germany. He is the author of books in the field of Criminal Procedural Law. He is a member of the Portuguese and Brazilian Bar Associations
As a Judge of Law, he has been placed in Lisbon, etc.
He led the movement of Juristas Pela Verdade, with the oath to administer Justice in the name of the population and in respect of the Constitution and the law. Recently he resumed his duties as a Judge, having left the Juristas pela Verdade movement before taking office in Odemira. He left the movement to an excellent team of lawyers. Meanwhile he pursues his mission through the @habeascorpusportugal Movement and association.
In the past year, he has been helping the Portuguese people for free to defend the rule of law.
To this end, he prepared Minutes, a collection of Safeguarding Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees in the context of the measures of the States of Calamity and Emergency
