The Pragatecno, created in January 1998, is a djs' collective of e-music in the north-northeast of Brazil. Its main idea is to try to bring out the news from the experimental culture, non-commercial electronic music and cyberculture, through exchange of information between DJs and producers in these regions. The Pragatecno argues that the culture of electronic music is an artistic expression of cyberculture.
