Sinopse do Episódio "Time Management "

Rodrigo utilizes the "2-minute rule" to manage his tasks. If a task takes less than 2 minutes, he completes it immediately. However, if it takes longer, he adds it to his inbox, which is the Google Tasks widget on his phone. This widget is always open, ensuring that he is constantly aware of his important tasks. Rodrigo prioritizes urgent tasks over important ones. His workday primarily revolves around completing tasks from his "important" list. Rodrigo learned about time management from Christian Barbosa, the creator of the "Time Triad" method, during his MBA program. He uses this method to organize his daily life, both professionally and personally. Rodrigo's doctor recommended using lists to manage his ADHD. Even for future events like visits, he creates reminders to avoid constantly thinking about them. Rodrigo only works on circumstantial tasks if there are no important tasks pending. Other recurring tasks on his list include taking medication, exercising, practicing mindfulness, and studying. He aims to schedule tasks in his inbox for the day he plans to work on them, often addressing urgent tasks on the same day.
